Returns

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing hello@dearlydrawn.com with your order number and the subject “PREKLIC NAROČILA” (order cancellation). A timely cancellation is free of charge.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Send the items to: dearly drawn, Sara Rajačič s.p., Cesta 24. junija 76, 1231 Ljubljana – Črnuče. Enclose a copy of the receipt and your bank account number. We refund the purchase price to your account within 30 days of the withdrawal notice.

Items must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity and unused, with the packaging intact. If promotional codes or bonuses were applied, those discounts are not refunded — only the amount actually paid.

The customer is responsible for uninsured shipments that are damaged in transit.

Made-to-order and personalised items, as well as items already used, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
